Your role Ensure sound management of your team by fostering an engaging environment that reflects your strengths as an accomplished leader Build and develop a skilled, proactive, and engaged team to deliver a superior client experience Support organizational change and contribute to team development through a multidisciplinary team approach (Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, etc.) centered on the client and their overall needs Identify and develop business opportunities within your market, grow your client base, and establish business development strategies aligned with the Bank’s strategic priorities Lead a sustainable and profitable growth plan for the sector Identify and manage risks inherent to the sector’s activities Continuously enhance your own expertise and that of your team in integrated advisory services across Commercial Banking and Wealth Management Identify and recommend changes that challenge existing practices in order to optimize process and system efficiency Stay informed on economic developments impacting the sector and ensure that the Bank’s products and services evolve in line with client needs Ensure visibility and promote the Bank’s products and services with external stakeholders (accountants, lawyers, notaries, agricultural organizations, and others) Your team Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Agriculture, you will act as a co‑leader for the Montérégie East and West territory, as well as part of the Eastern Townships. Agricultural service centres are located in Granby, Saint‑Hyacinthe, Saint‑Jean‑sur‑Richelieu, Saint‑Rémi, and Valleyfield. The team is composed of approximately 30 employees, including Account Managers and Account Officers. Our training programs are built around on‑the‑job learning to help you master your role. You will have access to personalized training content on topics such as banking solutions and the advisory approach to support your ongoing development. You will also collaborate with colleagues who bring a wide range of expertise, experience, and backgrounds to enrich every aspect of your professional growth.
