Job Title: University Co‑Op Student Location: C09 - Richview TS - 65 Kelfield Street, Rexdale, ON M9W 5A3 Hiring salary range: $2,136.59 – $3,301.53 / bi‑weekly Company: Acronym Solutions Job Duties Support project management activities for Network Engineering and IT initiatives Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, logs, and documentation using MS Project Track project schedules, risks, issues, action plans, and mitigation activities Assist with budget tracking, variance reporting, and corrective actions Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support project delivery Analyze project issues and contribute to recommended solutions with internal teams and vendors Participate in meetings, prepare meeting notes, and provide timely status updates Perform other PMO‑related duties as assigned Professional Development Hands‑on experience in project and program management practices including scope, schedule and budget management Exposure to Network/Core infrastructure, connectivity, telecommunication systems, and deployment projects Development of communication, business writing and presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills Experience supporting small to mid‑size projects within a structured delivery model Mentorship from experienced project managers and exposure to large, complex projects delivery Strengthen organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills Selection Criteria 2nd or 3rd‑year student in a 4‑year IT, Business, Engineering, or related university co‑op program Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Visio and MS Project are assets) Basic understanding of business fundamentals, budgeting, and financial tracking Academic exposure to IT, analytics, mathematics, or network/connectivity technologies Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team‑based, cross‑functional environment Acronym will provide reasonable accommodation for qualified individuals with disabilities in the job application process.
