Network Access & Wireless Architect We are seeking a Network Access & Wireless Architect with deep expertise in at least one major enterprise networking ecosystem: Juniper, Cisco, or Aruba. This role focuses on designing, building, and modernizing secure wired and wireless access networks across large, distributed environments. You will lead architecture and transformation initiatives aligned with Zero Trust, cloud‑managed networking, and AI‑driven operations, while working closely with Network, Security, Identity, and Endpoint teams. The ideal candidate brings strong architecture skills, hands‑on implementation experience, and the ability to translate business and security requirements into scalable, resilient network access solutions. Key Responsibilities Define enterprise access network architectures for wired, wireless, and remote access environments. Design authentication, authorization, and access control frameworks using 802.1X, MAB, EAP‑TLS, PEAP and Identity‑based segmentation, VLANs, roles, or security groups. Create scalable WLAN architectures for office, campus, warehouse, retail, and manufacturing environments. Develop RF design standards, capacity planning models, and high‑density Wi‑Fi best practices. Define network device standards for switches, wireless controllers/APs, and edge connectivity. Lead greenfield and brownfield deployments across Juniper, Cisco, or Aruba platforms. Plan and execute migrations from legacy or controller‑based WLAN solutions to modern, cloud‑managed or centralized platforms. Implement integrations with Identity providers (AD, Azure AD, Okta) or RADIUS/NAC platforms or MDM/UEM, endpoint security, PKI. Establish reusable templates, configuration baselines, and automated provisioning workflows. Act as senior escalation for complex access and wireless issues including authentication failures, roaming and latency problems, RF interference and coverage gaps, and AP‑to‑switch interactions (PoE, VLANs, LLDP, STP). Perform deep troubleshooting using logs, debugs, and packet captures. Optimize performance, scale, resiliency, and user experience across sites. Conduct wireless audits, health checks, and proactive improvements. Align network access designs with Zero Trust principles and security best practices. Define enterprise standards, runbooks, and operational playbooks. Support compliance and audit requirements through logging, controls, and documentation. Drive multi‑year network access and wireless transformation roadmaps. Present technical insights, findings, and recommendations to business stakeholders. Basic Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise networking and/or security. Deep hands‑on expertise in at least one ecosystem: Juniper (Mist, EX, Marvis, Mist Edge), Cisco (Wireless, ISE, Catalyst, WLCs), or Aruba (Aruba WLAN, ClearPass, CX/OS switches). Strong understanding of 802.1X, RADIUS, EAP, WPA2/WPA3‑Enterprise and wired & wireless access design and troubleshooting. Experience integrating networks with identity, NAC, and endpoint platforms. Ability to design and operate enterprise‑scale, multi‑site networks. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
