The Superintendent leads the construction process for large-scale industrial and commercial projects, ensuring all activities align with the established design, budget, and schedule. This role involves planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, and controlling all on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large industrial or commercial building projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Field and site management of the project(s) and all project activities. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel. Lead site meetings, maintain clear communication, and resolve conflicts or challenges as they arise. Work closely with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to maintain open communication, anticipate challenges, and meet project requirements. Manage and motivate site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to align with project timelines and standards. Manage resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment. Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local building codes and regulations. Required Experience And Qualifications Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction site management. Skilled Trade Certification preferred. Required Skills And Knowledge Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Teams). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong delegation skills with the ability to set expectations and monitor progress.
