What you will do Design and implement technology adoption strategies, ensuring their operational integration and user adoption within cross‑functional projects. Develop customized adoption plans based on recognized models such as ADKAR (Prosci). Participate in the evaluation and prioritization of strategic projects. Facilitate change management and engagement workshops. Implement tactics to sustain technological changes over time. Work closely with internal teams (IT, operations, HR, finance, etc.) to understand project needs, challenges, and impacts. Coordinate change management activities with various partners and stakeholders. Identify potential resistance and implement mitigation strategies. Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust approaches as needed. Act as a coach and support resource for project managers, equipping them to effectively lead change. This role could be for you if you have Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting technology adoption and/or change management within digital transformation contexts. Excellent communication, facilitation, and ability to simplify complex concepts. Strong knowledge of the ADKAR model and PROSCI certification (an asset).
