Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturing/construction organization known for quality, operational excellence, and strong project delivery. They are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations and support strategic financial decision-making. The Opportunity Reporting to senior leadership, the Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls while supporting project-based financial analysis in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who understands manufacturing and/or construction accounting and thrives in an operationally focused setting. Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting and month-end close Prepare financial statements and management reports Manage cost accounting, inventory, and job costing Monitor project margins and WIP reporting Support budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Lead and mentor accounting staff Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and project teams Qualifications 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience in manufacturing or construction required Strong knowledge of cost accounting and job costing CPA designation (or working toward) preferred Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities Disclaimer We are currently conducting pre-interviews for a role that we anticipate will be received in the next one to two weeks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
