Job Description Job Title: Retail Business System Analyst Type: Long-Term Contract Requirements Requirements Management Requirements gathering, documentation, and functional specifications. Managing requirement sessions with stakeholders. Creating detailed user stories aligned with high-level requirements. Ensuring stories meet the "Definition of Ready" for sprint planning. Maintaining a healthy backlog (two sprints ahead). Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Coordinating with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and third-party teams. Managing cross-team dependencies and resolving blockers. Process Improvement Driving and contributing to process improvement initiatives. Sharing best practices and lessons learned across teams. Testing & QA Support Reviewing test plans to align with acceptance criteria and requirements. Operations & Documentation Maintaining updated third-party operational information. Creating "How-To" and post-go-live documentation. Quarterly/Strategic Planning Analyzing EPIC requirements, risks, and dependencies. Supporting estimation (LOE) and solution discussions. Key Tools/Technologies Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies SFCC Knowledge or Retail/Ecommerce domain experience is a huge plus.
