Position Overview Assist management in overseeing daily sort, delivery/pickup activities and remote domicile location/feeder operations. Lead the sector as assigned, ensuring best practices and effective operations and serve as a mentor to hourly employees. Mentor and coach hourly employees, demonstrating strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Ensure compliance with training, DG specialist certification, BP, and defensive driving updates. Maintain knowledge of FedEx products, services, and general operations. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Requirements Minimum two (2) years of current courier experience. Technical Skills Valid driver’s licence with good driving record. Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment. Knowledge of FedEx products, services, general operations, and Canadian Customs regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel – Personal Development Stream of Excel. Strong communications, interpersonal skills, motivation, coaching, and training ability. Analytical, problem solving, prioritization, and organization skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in remote domicile location or feeder operations.
