Inclusion Saskatchewan is seeking a compassionate, organized, and community-minded Employment & Transitions Facilitator (ETF) to join our Supports Team. The ETF provides individualized support to people with intellectual disabilities and their support networks throughout Saskatchewan. This role focuses on employment supports, high school transitions, post-secondary navigation, advocacy, and community inclusion using person-centered practices and supported decision-making.
