They are seeking a Regional General Manager to lead operations at their regional HQ in Montreal, Quebec. About the company: Over 95 years as a national leader in uniform and facility services. Serves 300,000+ customers across Canada. Operates 16+ locations nationwide. What you will be doing: Oversee day-to-day Market Center operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. Drive growth by acquiring new customers and strengthening existing relationships. Lead and develop a cohesive team across service, sales, and production. Analyze financial performance and implement corrective measures as needed. Travel up to 50% for customer visits, sales opportunities, and interim coverage. Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; 3–5 years of management experience. Bilingual in French and English. Background in operations management within production or manufacturing. Knowledge of financial reporting, profit and loss, and capital expenditures. Experience in B2B sales and customer service. Strong leadership, analytical, and process management skills. Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel and relocate within designated regions.
