Integreon Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO). In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across IT, operations, and enterprise transformation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.This role is ideal for a structured, collaborative project manager who thrives in a governance-driven PMO environment and is passionate about driving results.Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management using standardized PMO methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Develop and maintain project charters, detailed schedules, RAID logs, stakeholder maps, and communication plans Facilitate project meetings, governance reviews, and executive decision escalations Ensure adherence to PMO governance standards, reporting cadence, and portfolio management practices Track and report project progress using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, OnePlan, and Microsoft Teams Partner with IT, business units, and the AI Center of Excellence to drive successful execution Manage cross-functional collaboration and proactively mitigate project risks and issues Qualifications & Experience3–5+ years of hands-on project management experience PMP® certification preferred or demonstrated progress toward certification (CAPM® considered with equivalent project delivery experience) Formal training in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) Agile certification (PSM I, CSM, or PMI-ACP) considered an asset Strong experience with governance frameworks, RAID management, and portfolio reporting Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Planner and Teams Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills Bilingual (French and English) – required Why Join Integreon?
