Anderson & Associates is looking for a full‑time Senior Civil Engineer based in Campbell River, BC. Reporting to the management and partnership team, you will co‑lead the Campbell River office and provide expert guidance on sewage and water system design across projects on Vancouver Island.ResponsibilitiesCo‑lead day‑to‑day operations of the Campbell River office alongside a professional surveyorDesign sewage and water systems, including community‑scale and advanced treatment systemsManage land development projects including rural subdivisions, site servicing, and frontage improvementsLead project proposals, cost estimates, reports, and schedulingSupport and mentor junior engineers, EITs, and technical staffCollaborate with teams in Nanaimo, Parksville, and Victoria on multidisciplinary projectsLiaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure quality project deliveryContribute to client relationship development and business growth initiativesAbout You To qualify, you will need to be a Professional Civil Engineer in good standing with, or eligible for registration with, Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
