Own CRM activity standards, outreach campaigns, and funnel reporting. Conduct audits and ensure data accuracy for forecasting and planning. Track KPI's and report on team performance. Train and support sales reps on processes and CRM expectations. Support reps with process alignment and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client lifecycle management.
