Premium Services Manager Join Sodexo Live! at BC Place Stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia.Location BC Place Stadium, a multi‑purpose venue owned by the BC Pavilion Corporation, hosts thousands of fans each year and offers a unique setting for hands‑on service management.Job Overview The Premium Services Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and teardown of catering events and field functions. They elevate service standards, manage catering staff, and oversee inventory, payroll, and beverage programs to host exceptional experiences.Essential ResponsibilitiesMaximize customer satisfaction by coordinating catering functions in accordance with Sodexo Live! standards and Banquet Event Orders.Create an elevated brand identity through the food & beverage program.Manage inventory, care, handling, and storage of all catering hardware, linens, and serving supplies.Create memorable and unique dining experiences within the stadium.Monitor and control productivity and payroll to meet budget goals.Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to develop beverage programs and custom cocktails.Ensure proper service of alcoholic beverages, control inventory and cash, and enforce legal age restrictions.Complete reports, closing checklists, and pull sheets.Conduct end‑of‑shift walk‑throughs and lock all food and beverage areas.Qualifications/SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.Minimum of 4 years of Banquet Management experience at a large hotel or convention center.Availability for a variety of shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.Proficiency with property management systems such as Momentus.Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.Unwavering commitment to high service standards.Self‑starter who can manage multiple projects independently.Strong written and oral communication abilities.Proactive problem‑solving skills.Other RequirementsWork safely in wet floors, extreme temperatures, and high‑noise environments; lift up to 50 pounds.Hours may include nights, weekends, and holidays.Salary: $30 - $32 per hourSodexo Live! is an equal‑opportunity employer.
