May include days at Arc’teryx Headquarters, North Vancouver, BC. Work Arrangement: In office at ARC’One Pay Range: Pay is dependent on year of study and related experience Duration: Four (4) months, Sept 8, 2026 – Dec 18, 2026 Hours Per Week: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri Overview As the Employee Activations Fall Co‑Op Student, you support the design and execution of employee experience programming, including activations, events and other initiatives. You collaborate with teams across the business to curate programming that engages, energizes and inspires employees, elevating culture and brand connection. Core Responsibilities Support employee activations and events at ARC’One, ensuring high‑quality planning, execution and experience through coordination, communication and operational support. Enhance the employee experience by maintaining organizational excellence and refining key moments. Provide critical support during peak periods, ensuring seamless planning and delivery of activations and events (e.g., Truth and Reconciliation Cultural Moment, Product Development Sale, Factory Offsite, Holiday programming, Cyber 5 programming). Become familiar with Monday.com, Microsoft Suite (Excel, Forms, PowerPoint), Eventbrite and Canva to assist in planning and execution. Learning Outcomes Gain hands‑on experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Facilities, Business Partnerships, Manufacturing, Distribution). Develop practical skills in event planning and execution, experiential marketing, and hospitality with a focus on logistics, operations and high‑quality employee experiences. Build an adaptable, service‑oriented mindset by supporting a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and contributing to meaningful moments. Qualifications 3+ years of post‑secondary education with interest in events, experiential marketing, hospitality or project management. Strong relationship building and partnership skills. Knowledge of project management methodologies. Experience or interest in task‑management software (Monday.com, Smartsheet, Excel, MS Project, OfficeSpace, etc.). Social, outgoing and eager to build relationships with teams and employees. Passionate about the brand and products. Exceptionally organized with relentless attention to detail. Open and approachable, with hospitality and creativity. Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable creating digital communications (digital signage, slide decks, emails, etc.). Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Inspirational, breakthroughs thinking and continuous improvement. Commitment to doing what is right and seeking the best solutions. Passion for work and outdoor life. Compensation $44,700 – $55,100 per year, based on program of study, year of study, job‑related skills and relevant experience.
