Reporting to the CFO, this position will lead a small team and be responsible for financial reporting, planning, and analysis while partnering closely with operations and senior leadership. The Director of Finance plays a critical part in ensuring accurate financial results, supporting strategic decisions, and driving operational and financial performance. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, deep accounting expertise, and hands‑on experience working in the manufacturing industry.
