This is a high‑exposure, fast‑paced role that supports company growth.Key AccountabilitiesActively monitor and price spot market opportunities across load boards, customer portals, and internal requestsQuickly assess market conditions, capacity availability, and price volatility to generate competitive, executable pricingWork closely with sales and operations to convert spot quotes into booked freightIdentify margin opportunities and flag high‑risk or low‑probability of success before executionTrack wins, losses, and market trends to continuously refine pricing strategiesMaintain market intelligence on lane volatility, seasonal shifts, and capacity constraintsProvide feedback to the broader pricing and commercial teams on spot market trends and opportunitiesPosition RequirementsStrong desire to compete, win, and grow.
