Job Information We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and can support the marketing communications team. This role requires a proactive self-starter who can independently prioritize projects, collaborate across departments, and deliver marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a marketing professional with a background in social media content creation, event coordination, digital marketing and copywriting. They are both analytical and creative. What you’ll do… Support the marketing communications team by drafting marketing copy Writing and maintain content management systems for websites Works closely and effectively with multiple departments Deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on deadline Who you are … Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field . 2-3+ years of marketing experience Experience in media, advertising, or OOH industry is a strong asset Fluent in English (Bilingual in French a strong asset for National communications) Technical Skills Project management tools (experience with Asana strongly preferred) Google Ads / Google Analytics SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar) Website CMS platforms (Storyblok or equivalent) Social media scheduling and analytics tools Leadership & Initiative – Self-starter who takes ownership of projects and drives results. Organization & Time Management – Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strategic Thinking – Align marketing tactics with broader business goals. Analytical Mindset – Use data to inform decisions and optimize performance.
