Manager, Administrative Services plays a pivotal role ensuring seamless operation of administrative functions across the Prairies business unit (Saskatchewan and Manitoba). Reporting to the Regional Manager, Administrative Services, this role provides strategic leadership to the administrative team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Occasional travel is required. Responsibilities Lead a team of Administrative Professionals to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency of support services. Engage and support Senior Leadership in the Business Unit to identify growth opportunities and address concerns. Provide insight, feedback and trend data on performance to the Regional Manager and assist with initiatives and strategies. Develop and maintain high‑quality relationships with all team members, Partner/Principal group, and stakeholders. Collaborate with Partners and Admin team members to improve the internal and external client experience. Coach and develop team members through constructive feedback, one‑on‑one meetings and development opportunities. Supervise vacation, work schedules, and locations of the Administrative Services team. Work with Regional Manager, People & Culture and Talent Attraction on recruiting, onboarding and departures. Manage team needs and present issues to senior leadership as required. Allocate job responsibilities and manage productivity to ensure maximum efficiency and quality. Oversee delivery and efficacy of the team’s training plans. Participate in cross‑functional projects such as event planning, office and real estate coordination, and training new integrated firms. Lead with the firm’s purpose, strategy and values. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build relationships and influence individuals from all areas, role levels and functions. Strategic and innovative thinker, with a balanced, practical approach to routine and complex issues. Calm under pressure, eager to make a difference and possess an infectious can‑do attitude. Creates an environment for growth and generates energy to inspire and lead. Strong attention to detail and high standards of excellence and professionalism. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, including people‑management and coaching. Minimum 5 years in a progressive Administrative or Operations role.
