Description We are looking for a proactive, growth‑minded Senior Data Analyst / ML Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in analyzing high‑volume data and delivering strategic insights. One of our growth‑track roles: master our data landscape through advanced dashboarding and telemetry analysis, then rapidly transition into building and maintaining predictive models that drive customer success. The Roadmap Phase 1 (Domain Mastery & KPI Strategy) : Dive deep into telemetry and customer profile data, define KPIs, build Tableau dashboards. Phase 2 (ML Innovation & Production) : Lead the transition into predictive modeling, own feature engineering and deploy models. What You’ll Do Dashboarding & Domain Learning : Build interactive Tableau dashboards, learn domain knowledge, identify patterns. Feature Engineering : Architect and transform raw telemetry and customer profile data into high‑signal features; build data pipelines. ML Development & Lifecycle Management : Develop and deploy churn prediction, anomaly detection models; maintain in production with retraining pipelines. Proactive Problem Solving : Identify potential friction points before they become issues. KPI Development & Stakeholder Presentation : Define business KPIs, present insights and recommendations to executives. Qualifications SQL Mastery : Write clean, efficient, complex queries. BI & Dashboarding Expertise : Proficiency in Tableau. GCP Ecosystem : Experience with BigQuery and ML tools. ML Ops Experience : Production lifecycle, monitoring, versioning, retraining. Proactive Mindset : Desire to learn domain and grow, self‑initiated problem solving. Excellent Communication : Present data insights to senior‑level audiences. Preferred Qualifications GCP Professional Machine Learning Engineer Certification Working knowledge of Claude workflows Experience with Vertex AI or Kubeflow for ML orchestration Background in high‑volume telemetry or IoT data Technical Stack Languages: SQL, Python Data Warehouse: Google BigQuery Compensation Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15% Benefits Comprehensive total rewards package, competitive salary and bonus structures, minimum 3 weeks of vacation, flexible benefits plan.
