The Opportunity In this role, you’ll take ownership of the organization’s information security function — from setting direction through to execution. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and driving the overall cybersecurity strategy and roadmap Overseeing security operations, including monitoring, risk mitigation, and incident response Establishing and enhancing governance, policies, and internal controls Leading compliance initiatives and supporting audit processes across relevant frameworks Managing third-party/vendor risk and external security partners Supporting business continuity and resilience planning from a security perspective Promoting security awareness across the organization and embedding best practices What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a well-rounded security leader who can balance big-picture thinking with execution. You’ll likely bring: A strong background in information security and technology, with progressive leadership experience Experience working in regulated environments Solid understanding of security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks Experience supporting audits, certifications, or regulatory requirements A hands‑on approach and comfort operating in a standalone or lean team environment The ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior stakeholders Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are considered an asset.
