General Accountabilities Support the successful management and development of corporate standards. Develop and update reports to communicate the status of standards development projects. Perform a variety of duties including record keeping, responding to stakeholder inquiries, and providing general support. Monitor monthly progress status of in‑flight work, identifying any variances. Collect data to support analysis. Assist in discussions, problem solving and issue resolution regarding process changes, implementation and ongoing work. Maintain Corporate Standards SharePoint site. Other duties as required. Selection Criteria Essential Knowledge Knowledge of office principles and Microsoft Office programs for data collection, input activities and file maintenance. Proficient knowledge of English, including written and verbal communication skills to prepare correspondence, assist in discussions, and interact with stakeholders. Knowledge of programming and databases is considered an asset. Understanding of business analysis techniques is considered an asset. Normally acquired through successful completion of Grade XII and first or second year university. Essential Experience Ongoing studies in the field of business, economics, engineering or computer science. Previous office experience.
