Salary Grade: N07 From: $90,639.25 Job Summary 1 temporary opportunity up to 9 months in the Toronto or London office. The role will help support the workplace health and safety services team within the Program Design & Enablement division, where you will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Responsibilities Manage project activities throughout the project lifecycle by defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders; developing full‑scale project plans, project charters, and associated communication documents; providing frequent verbal and written progress reports; estimating resources; proactively managing changes, risks and issues; developing, maintaining and monitoring project budgets to ensure no cost overruns; tracking milestones and deliverables within budgetary guidelines. Establish, develop and maintain relationships with internal clients, cultivating relationships with operational staff, consultants and management, ensuring awareness of risks and issues that impact projects, managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and eliciting support and cooperation. Coordinate the activities of consultants and vendors regarding their project commitments by articulating roles and responsibilities, monitoring performance, and notifying management if corrective action is required. Ensure quality of work is achieved within projects through ongoing review and evaluation of project plans, deliverables, work processes, and performance reporting. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required. Education Completion of post‑secondary education in Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience 3 to 5 years of directly related experience managing projects in various industries and environments.
