Donor Relations & Development Officer (Full Time) Position: Donor Relations & Development Officer at Winnipeg base, Foundation department. This role leads strategic donor growth and expands donor relationships by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts and sponsorships. Key Responsibilities: Drive Prospecting & Pipeline Growth Advance Donor Outreach and Community Partnership Development Achieve Fundraising Revenue Targets Create Donor Communications & Proposals Manage Donor Relationships & Portfolio Operations Support Integrated Fundraising Efforts Qualifications & Requirements: Post‑secondary education plus 3–5 years’ experience in sales or fundraising/development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven success soliciting major gifts from individuals, corporations, and foundations Consistent track record of exceeding annual revenue targets High energy, initiative, and a results‑driven mindset Commitment to the highest ethical standards Strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, and research skills Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long‑term relationships Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with tact and diplomacy Experience with prospect management databases (Raiser’s Edge preferred) is an asset.
