You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new life insurance business opportunities, as well as key person insurance solutions. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling life insurance and risk protection solutions to individuals and organizations across Western Canada. This Burlington -based role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship building skills, and a passion for growth and winning new cases. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored life insurance solutions that meet client needs and support Westland’s expansion goals. Expected Compensation: The expected hiring range for this role is $57,600 to $72,000 based on a 37.5 -hour work week. Actualoffered salarywill depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, as well as market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
