Analyst, Creative Analytics Studio/Department Blurb: The Office of the CXO drives effectiveness across the EA Experiences organization with a focus on business operations, fan intelligence, and technology solutions. Within this group, the Fan Intelligence team delivers insights that deepen understanding of player behavior, audience trends, and engagement across EA’s portfolio. We partner with franchise and marketing teams to connect audience insights with content and creative performance. Impact Impact You will analyze creative performance data alongside player and audience insights to guide content strategy, media investment, and franchise decisions. Responsibilities Query and analyze datasets across player, media, and social channels Evaluate performance of trailers, campaigns, and creator content Build dashboards to track creative and audience engagement metrics Combine player and marketing data to generate recommendations Partner with marketing teams to prioritize key questions Present insights through clear visualizations and narratives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in STEM, economics, or related field 3+ years of analytics experience in marketing, media, or product analytics Experience applying statistical methods such as regression or A/B testing Experience using R or Python for analysis Core Skills and Experience Experience analyzing content or campaign performance Data visualization and dashboard development (e.g., Looker) Knowledge of media or engagement measurement methods Experience translating data into recommendations Experience working with cross-functional teams Pay Transparency - North America COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES Pay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full‑time employees.
