Territory Manager – Agriculture (Cardston County) Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager – Agriculture for our Cardston County area. The role is vital in creating, fostering, and growing customer relationships within the defined area of responsibility (AOR) with the goal of increasing sales and rental revenue of new and used wholegoods. A successful Territory Manager (TM) will have extensive knowledge of all potential users of new and used John Deere equipment within their designated AOR, be aware of and participate in purchasing and rental activities of all customers, and report back to the company on activity/transaction details on a day‑to‑day basis. The TM will also identify additional business opportunities within the AOR that may be served by other areas of Brandt – Parts & Service, or sales of other products represented or manufactured by Brandt. What You Will Be Responsible For New account creation and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve sales targets as set out by the company. Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline of immediate/future customer opportunities. Promote and sell all types of new & used wholegoods assigned to role. Promote rental and rental purchase of new and used wholegoods. Apply machine and company feature, advantage, benefit statements to drive sales success. Deliver continuous prospecting activity and develop new accounts. Stay current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models. Participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and quotations. Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis. What We Look For Sales industry experience and/or comprehensive knowledge of agriculture equipment. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts. Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers. Highly motivated, ambitious, and energetic entrepreneurial outlook. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft Office suite. Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required. Bilingual (English & French) is considered an asset.
