Overview Thinkingbox is seeking an Executive Producer to lead, oversee, and elevate large-scale integrated projects across digital, social, content, and experiential disciplines. You will serve as a senior strategic partner to clients, guiding production teams across disciplines and ensuring the creative vision is executed seamlessly from concept through delivery. You will oversee project strategy, manage senior producers, ensure profitability, and nurture client and internal relationships to deliver world-class experiences. The Opportunity We are looking for someone who leads with a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive large integrated projects from concept to delivery. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee and manage high-value integrated campaigns and productions across web, digital, social, animation, and content Partner with strategy, creative, and technology leads to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project delivery Lead client communications at a senior level, setting expectations, managing priorities, and building long-term trust Oversee multiple project teams, providing mentorship, leadership, and structure Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets—often $500K+—ensuring efficiency and profitability Identify risks, opportunities, and innovative solutions that enhance delivery and client satisfaction Provide guidance on resourcing, workflow, and process optimization across the production department Support business growth by identifying opportunities for organic client expansion and contributing to new business pitches Collaborate with leadership on financial forecasting, operational planning, and strategic initiatives across studios What You’ll Bring 7+ years of experience in integrated production or similar senior production roles within an agency or studio environment Proven track record leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects (web, social, animation, experiential, and content) Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams Strong client management experience, with the ability to present, negotiate, and lead at the executive level Deep understanding of the digital production process, including CMS, APIs, and UX/UI best practices Demonstrated experience with large budgets ($500K-$1M+) and multi-phase project delivery Experience mentoring producers and managing teams across multiple time zones and locations Advanced proficiency in project management tools, budgeting, and scheduling systems A proactive, calm, and solutions-oriented mindset—able to navigate challenges and maintain composure under pressure Additional Info Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional) Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days Consistent culture and team-building events Employee recognition and incentive programs Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year Office lunches Branded company swag Access to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreaches Dog-friendly offices Unlimited coffee, drinks, and snacks Flex work and travel options Comprehensive extended health benefits Equal Opportunity At Thinkingbox, we’re committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered to thrive.
