The role involves leading multidisciplinary delivery teams, coordinating technical inputs across disciplines, and ensuring consistent, high‑quality outcomes through investigation planning, interpretation, and field execution phases.This position will be based in a Worley office in Houston, TX; Calgary, AB; Vancouver, BC; or Alaska, with a hybrid work schedule. The role is not intended for offshore or remote‑only delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the delivery lead for geoscience and geotechnical scopes on major infrastructure projectsLead and manage multidisciplinary teams of geoscience and geotechnical professionalsCoordinate technical inputs across engineering, project management, and construction teamsDefine investigation strategies, interpretation workflows, and technical execution plansOversee field investigation programs, including coordination with subcontractors and laboratoriesReview and approve technical deliverables for quality, consistency, and defensibilityIdentify and manage technical, schedule, and delivery risksMentor senior and intermediate staff and support capability developmentSupport proposals, planning studies, and early‑phase technical development as requiredRequired QualificationsDegree in Geoscience, Geological Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related disciplineTypically 15+ years of relevant experience delivering geoscience and/or geotechnical scopes for infrastructure or resource projectsDemonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teamsStrong grounding in geohazards and geotechnical investigation and interpretationProven ability to deliver and review customer‑ready technical deliverablesEligibility for professional registration in a North American jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsTravel / Field Expectations Moderate travel is expected, including periodic site visits and short‑term field assignments during critical phases.For applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is $183,221 to $269,443.
