What You’ll Do: Proactively identify potential clients in need oftemporaryorcontingent workforce solutions . Build strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers throughphone calls, texts, emails, social media , andin-person meetings . Execute targeted outreach activities, includingcold calls ,virtual client presentations , andon-site meetings , to drive results and grow business. Negotiate competitive pricing while ensuring top-quality workforce solutions. Leverage a tech-savvy and personalized approach to expand our reach and strengthen client partnerships. Deeply understand each client’sbusiness operations ,processes , andstrategic goalsto tailor workforce solutions accordingly. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals that align with client needs. Consistently execute a recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of high-quality talent. What You Bring: 3-5 years of proven successin sales and business development within the staffing industry. A track record of being a top performer in everything you’ve done. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively viaphone ,video ,social media , andin-person interactions . Experience thriving in ateam-driven ,fast-paced , andresults-oriented Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs. A competitive mindset with apassion for results ,resilience ,self-confidence , and a drive to deliver exceptional outcomes. An innate curiosity, coupled with relentless determination—you thrive on solving challenges and love to win. Availability to work from ourdowntown Toronto officeat least two days a week.
