The TasksFinancial Operations & ReportingMay include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: Lead financial planning for the banner head office cost centers, including budget preparation and forecast development Prepare monthly reporting deliverables following documented processes Analyze divisional performance and explain variances versus targets, budgets, and forecasts Business PartneringMay include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: Partner with the banner President and leadership team to walk them through financials and provide insights Gather business initiatives and action plans from stakeholders to support annual budget development Corporate Reporting & PresentationsMay include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: Prepare and coordinate presentations and reporting packages for corporate reporting cycles Complete required submissions to head office on time and with accuracy Compile data and build presentation decks using PowerPoint for executive audiences Ad Hoc Requests & Special ProjectsMay include, but not be limited to, the following tasks: Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from banner leadership and corporate stakeholders Support ESG reporting requirements and data collection as needed Propose and implement process improvements for efficiency The CompanyA global leader in wholesale distribution operating multiple well-established banners across Canada with strong market presence and stable operations.
