Job Description Insight Global is an experienced SAP Functional Analyst with a primary focus on SAP PP (Production Planning) to support a manufacturing plant environment within Oil & Gas. This role is a backfill position supporting ongoing operations, enhancements, and project work, with close collaboration across business, IT, and functional teams. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the business and technical teams—gathering requirements, designing solutions, supporting configuration, and coordinating testing and releases. Responsibilities Act as the functional SAP PP lead supporting a manufacturing plant environment Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into SAP functionality Support day‑to‑day SAP PP operations, including enhancements, defect resolution, monthly releases, and project work Collaborate with ABAP developers to validate solutions and ensure functional design aligns with business requirements Lead and support configuration, testing (including UAT), documentation, and user coordination Review and validate ABAP developments and ensure functional quality before deployment Coordinate and support user testing, including test planning and execution Deliver presentations, status updates, and solution walkthroughs to business stakeholders when rolling out new functionality Manage assigned work independently, ensuring clear communication and timely updates to stakeholders We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Functional SAP role at an Intermediate to Senior level 5–10 years SAP functional experience 3–5 SAP implementation projects preferred (module implementations are sufficient; net‑new implementations not required) Strong preference for hands‑on SAP PP implementation experience Proven delivery experience across multiple SAP implementation or enhancement cycles Comfortable navigating environments with multiple stakeholders and shared accountability Experience supporting manufacturing processes and translating them into SAP solutions #J-18808-Ljbffr
