Role Overview As Director, Strategic Initiatives & Innovation, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives across the Internal Audit (IA) ICFR Center of Excellence (CoE) and Global Functions. Your role is critical in ensuring strategic goals are achieved within approved timeframes, scope, and budget while maximizing long‑term value through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Lead end‑to‑end strategic and analytics initiatives (ICFR CoE & Global Functions) aligned with Internal Audit’s objectives, impacting audit operations across multiple geographies and functions. Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while partnering with stakeholders to optimize outcomes. Executive Communication & Decision Support: Prepare and present executive‑level communications on strategic initiatives and change management solutions. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop data‑driven analyses that enable informed decision‑making. Innovation & Process Optimization: Conduct current‑state analysis of ICFR processes, identifying opportunities for automation and simplification. Lead the delivery of initiatives to enhance efficiency across ICFR CoE & Global Functions. Technology & Change Management: Partner with technical teams to translate business cases into scalable technological solutions. Advocate for the strategic use of existing technology to minimize redundancy. Drive change management activities, including pilot programs, feedback collection, training, and deployment, to ensure technology adoption. Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to ensure technological solutions deliver measurable business value. Provide strategic direction to reimagine operational activities within the ICFR CoE, fostering a culture of innovation. Impact This role bridges strategy, innovation, and execution, directly influencing the efficiency, scalability, and technological maturity of ICFR CoE as well as Global Functions. By championing digital transformation and change management, you will enable the organization to meet evolving audit demands while driving long‑term value. Ideal Candidate A strategic leader with expertise in audit, analytics, and digital transformation, capable of leading teams and driving adoption of innovative solutions in a complex, global environment. Experience Required Strong understanding of business transformation, process development, and change principles. Outstanding stakeholder, interpersonal, and relationship management skills, with highly developed influencing and negotiation skills. Highly developed problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to shifting contexts. Ability to communicate complex technical work to both senior stakeholders and non‑experts. Identify and design solutions for scaling across ICFR CoE and more broadly where applicable to maximize product usability. Agile practitioner, with proven experience implementing processes and frameworks for delivery of enhanced processes.
