$80,000 – $90,000 a year | Full-time | On-site Flynn Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Service Glazing Superintendent to join our Halifax branch. This role plays a critical leadership function within our Service division, overseeing glazing crews, coordinating daily service operations, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient delivery of work. A Day in the Life Preparing, organizing, and reviewing service jobs, ensuring required materials and information are ready before work begins Dispatching glazing crews and service technicians, providing clear job direction and priorities Reviewing job scopes, drawings, and layouts to support foremen and crews in the field Ordering materials and managing service inventory to support daily operations Conducting site visits to monitor quality, safety, and workmanship standards Providing hands‑on support and problem‑solving assistance to foremen and crews Maintaining communication with customers during active service work when required Promote and enforce safe work practices and working‑at‑heights requirements Maintain flexibility to support emergency service calls as needed Assist with training and development of future foremen and leaders This role supports approximately three service crews and requires a balance of office coordination and time spent in the field.
