Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Custodial & Maintenance management. Experience overseeing custodial operations in retail and office environments is considered an asset. Multi site contract experience is a plus Ability to travel overnight when required Awareness of technical elements needed to deliver services support Attracts, develops and retains employees, providing a safe, supportive work environment, supporting People strategies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
