Overview: Our client is hiring an Application & Innovation Specialist to support digital transformation initiatives, improve workflows, and help implement new business systems and automation tools across the organization. This will be a minimum of a 6‑month contract with the possibility to extend or become permanent. Responsibilities Support the implementation of new software and business applications Manage configurations, upgrades, testing, and user support Analyze workflows and identify process improvements Recommend automation and AI opportunities Lead rollouts, training, and user adoption Support integrations, reporting, and dashboards Requirements 2–5 years of experience with business applications or systems Experience implementing software solutions Strong stakeholder communication skills Experience in improving workflows and processes Diploma or degree in IT, Business Technology, Computer Science, or related field Nice to Have Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SaaS tools, APIs, ERP systems, AI/automation exposure. AI may be used to support certain administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
