About the Role As a Senior AI Architect, you are a principal‑level technical and strategic leader responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling agentic AI solutions in production environments. You will move clients from idea → prototype → production → measurable value. This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. You are accountable for architecting sound, secure, and scalable agentic systems — while ensuring they deliver adoption, ROI, and lifecycle growth. You will partner closely with industry vertical leaders, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders. What You’ll Do Lead discovery with senior stakeholders to identify high‑impact agentic use cases Translate complex business problems into production‑ready AI system designs Architect secure, auditable agentic workflows (reasoning, tool use, data access, evaluation) Drive solutions from prototype to AltaForge production deployment (our internal agentic platform) Ensure all solutions align with AltaForge architecture for reusability and scale Define and enforce evaluation standards to measure outcomes and value creation Support account growth by ensuring successful delivery and lifecycle value realization What Success Looks Like 6–8 production deployments per year Strong time‑to‑value from concept to go‑live High client satisfaction and measurable business impact High‑quality evaluation datasets tied to real outcomes Contribution to recurring and licensing revenue growth What You Bring 8+ years in AI/ML, architecture, or technical strategy roles Deep experience with agentic AI, RAG systems, orchestration, and tool integration Experience supporting the deployment of AI systems into enterprise or regulated environments Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment Executive presence and ability to operate across technical and commercial domains Bias toward production, accountability, and measurable outcomes Responsible AI (RAI) AltaML employees, contractors, and associates must be trained and well‑versed in the importance of Responsible AI and empowered to enact RAI principles by developing and deploying AI solutions.
