We are currently supporting a major international banking client in strengthening its Production Security team. As part of this initiative, we are looking for an SSO / IAM Specialist to operate and support critical authentication and identity platforms within a highly secure and regulated environment. This role combines advanced production support (L3), technical expertise, and contribution to the evolution of identity systems at scale. Responsibilities Production / Run Provide L3 support for SSO and IAM platforms in a critical production environment Troubleshoot and resolve complex authentication and access issues Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of identity systems Identify root causes of recurring incidents and implement sustainable fixes Improve reliability and efficiency of authentication platforms Contribute to automation and operational excellence initiatives Projects & Integration Support onboarding of applications into SSO / IAM ecosystems Work closely with application and infrastructure teams on authentication flows Contribute to platform evolution and modernization initiatives Required Skills (Must-have) SSO / IAM in production environments : Strong hands-on experience with SSO protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect) Solid knowledge of LDAP Cryptography fundamentals : Good understanding of encryption mechanisms (symmetric / asymmetric) UNIX / Linux : Strong experience with UNIX/Linux systems Scripting skills (Shell mandatory, Python is a plus) Nice-to-have Experience with IAM solutions (SailPoint, ForgeRock, etc.) Knowledge of Kerberos / SPNEGO Experience in highly regulated environments (banking, financial services) Familiarity with automation tools (Ansible or equivalent) Profile 4–8 years of experience in IAM, security, or infrastructure Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to handle production incidents Comfortable working in structured, high-demand environments Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders (security, infra, application teams) #J-18808-Ljbffr
