**Job Description*** Support and coordinate internal mobility, helping connect employees to opportunities that support their growth and progression* Support mobility-related processes, including relocation and work authorization, ensuring a seamless employee experience and compliance with applicable requirements* Provide guidance to employees and managers on internal mobility and related processes* Develop strong knowledge of ACCIONA’s HR frameworks, policies, and culture.* Act as an ACCIONA ambassador, supporting project HR teams with guidance and expertise.**Required Skills and Competencies*** Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred* 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a generalist, management or HR Business Partner role* Broad HR experience across multiple areas (e.g., employee relations, talent, operations, mobility)* Demonstrated ability to manage a wide range of HR matters, from operational to more complex situations* Experience working with and influencing stakeholders across different levels of the organization, including senior leadership* Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments* Experience using HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar) is preferred* Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based environments* Exposure to internal mobility or immigration processes* Experience in multi-site, international or growing organizations* Experience with labour relations* Paid vacation and sick leave* Group benefits and EFAP from your start date, with premiums paid by ACCIONA* Health Spending Account* Learning, development, and internal career opportunities* RRSP matching* Performance-based discretionary bonus* Share purchase program#J-18808-Ljbffr
