This role involves working extended rotational shifts out of town and offers the chance to contribute across a wide variety of commissioning projects. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and meticulous problem solver who is energized by technically demanding fieldwork.Your Role Will Include:Leading testing and commissioning activities for MV/HV protection and control systems serving utility, power generation, and industrial clientsPerforming secondary injection testing of microprocessor relays and IEDs with equipment such as the Omicron CMC356 and CMC500Testing and validating SCADA point configurationsInterpreting engineering drawings and diagnosing technical issues in real timeDocumenting findings and preparing commissioning reports for client reviewAssisting in the development of startup procedures and field work instructionsAdhering to all corporate, client, and industry safety requirementsEngaging directly with clients on technical inquiries and resolution of field issuesSchedule & Logistics: Field rotations are typically structured as 8/6, 10/4, or 14/7 shifts. A standard workday runs from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (10 hours).
