What you''ll be doing Supporting structured interviews and workshops with client stakeholders Contributing to AI capability and gap assessments across business functions Helping identify, document, and prioritize AI use cases aligned to business value Assisting in the development of findings reports and executive presentations Working directly with the Panacea delivery team throughout the engagement What we''re looking for Solid understanding of AI concepts, use cases, and enterprise applications Consulting experience: comfortable with client-facing work, structured thinking, and documentation Fluent in both Portuguese and English Available full time for the duration of the project Proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-moving boutique environment Nice to have Experience with AI assessments or digital transformation projects Familiarity with frameworks like AI lifecycle, governance, or use case prioritization About this role This is an 8-week engagement with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.
