As a Personal Lines Team Lead you’ll: Lead a team of Personal Lines Account Managers Provide the team with direction and coaching to ensure the efficient handling of client files Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team in the management of day‑to‑day business issues Analyze, develop, and implement efficient workflows by monitoring procedures and methods to help improve processes and results Provide coaching and performance feedback to Account Managers by reviewing reports, discussing options, and developing action plans Coaching and developing the team to achieve Armour quality standards Monitor and analyze service levels Foster staff development by assisting with the selection of staff, conducting performance evaluations, providing ongoing and effective feedback, identifying training opportunities, and keeping staff informed of changes to policies and procedures Be accountable for the performance management of assigned staff Be available to work within the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday Core Requirements To be successful in this role, our minimum requirements are: A level 2 Alberta Insurance License Minimum of 5 years’ experience within an Insurance Brokerage Experience with Applied Systems (Epic) Leadership experience, including experience in performance management Beneficial Skills Your success in this role will be enhanced if you have: A CAIB or CIP designation Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Additional insurance licences and/or relevant experience Why Join the Armour Team?
