Cloud Resiliency Architect The Cloud Resiliency Architect will support customers through focused technical engagements aimed at improving the reliability, continuity, and recoverability of their cloud environments. The architect will combine deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure with a strong command of disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resiliency processes, including the design and evaluation of Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs). This role requires the ability to assess both cloud infrastructure and resiliency processes end-to-end, identifying risks, aligning to best practices, and delivering clear, actionable recommendations that strengthen the customer’s ability to withstand and recover from disruptions. Key Responsibilities Assess the resiliency posture of customer environments from both technical and operational perspectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of disaster recovery (DR) plans, business continuity (BC) strategies, and Major Incident Response Plans (MIRPs). Conduct in-depth technical analysis of cloud infrastructure, application dependencies, observability configurations, and failover capabilities. Review and enhance MIRPs, including escalation protocols, incident communication plans, recovery sequencing, and impact containment strategies. Identify risks, vulnerabilities, and single points of failure across workloads and operational processes. Recommend improvements aligned with the Azure Well-Architected Framework, SRE principles, and ITIL practices. Engage customer teams to understand RTO/RPO targets, recovery workflows, and coordination models for major incidents. Deliver professional, customer-facing documentation summarizing technical findings and process maturity recommendations. Cloud Security Architect The Cloud Security Architect will be responsible for assessing and enhancing the security posture of client cloud environments, identifying vulnerabilities, and recommending remediation strategies. This role requires a strong focus on both technical security controls and process governance to ensure resilient, compliant, and secure cloud architectures. The Cloud Security Architect will engage directly with clients, guiding them through security assessments, architecture reviews, and implementation plans. Key Responsibilities Assess the security posture of customer cloud workloads and environments to identify vulnerabilities and gaps. Recommend and design security interventions aligned with best practices and compliance requirements. Evaluate and strengthen configurations for Azure security services, including Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, Azure AD (Entra ID), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Azure Policy, and governance and observability tools such as Azure Monitor and Log Analytics. Lead and facilitate security architecture workshops, risk assessments, and governance reviews with client teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between security, operations, and business objectives. Conduct thorough security risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented. Drive continuous improvement of security processes and controls based on evolving threat landscapes and compliance frameworks. Ensure adherence to industry frameworks and regulations such as NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and FedRAMP. Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Health The Cloud Solution Architect for Microsoft 365 Health will partner with customers to improve the health, performance, and adoption of Microsoft 365 environments. This role combines deep technical expertise across Microsoft 365 Apps, network connectivity, and tenant health with strong skills to optimize configurations, and drive usage growth. The architect will proactively assess tenant health, network readiness, and application performance, identify risks and misconfigurations while deliver actionable recommendations aligned with Microsoft best practices. In addition, the role emphasizes driving usage insights through usage analytics, governance strategies, and end‑user enablement to ensure customers realize the full value of Microsoft 365. Key Responsibilities Assess Microsoft 365 tenant health across apps, services, and network connectivity. Evaluate M365 Apps performance (Office, Teams, Outlook) and optimize configurations for reliability and user experience. Review network readiness for Microsoft 365 workloads, including bandwidth, latency, and connectivity best practices. Analyze usage and adoption metrics to identify gaps and recommend strategies for improving engagement. Provide guidance on governance, compliance, and operational processes to strengthen platform health. Deliver professional customer‑facing documentation summarizing health assessments, usage insights, and recommended next steps. CRM Consultant As a CRM Consultant , you will work closely with senior team members and clients to support the analysis, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. You will contribute to requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration activities while developing your consulting and technical skills. This is a client‑facilitated role that offers hands‑on experience across the full project lifecycle, with mentoring from experienced consultants and analysts.
