We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Senior Supply Chain Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Advanced Warehousing (WMS) and Supply Chain modules. The ideal candidate will have 4–10 years of hands‑on implementation experience and the ability to lead complex functional design, solution configuration, and end‑to‑end project delivery.Candidate Must Have4–10 years of hands‑on experience as a Functional Consultant in D365 F&O / AX Supply ChainStrong expertise in:Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS)Inventory ManagementProcurement & SourcingSales & DistributionPIMLogistics & Transportation (preferred)Deep understanding of end‑to‑end Supply Chain processes, including planning, sourcing, warehousing, order management, fulfillment, and logisticsExperience configuring key warehouse components such as:Work templates & Location directivesWave templates & Load planningMobile device configurationBatch/serial controlWave & shipment workflowsHands‑on experience with cross‑functional scenarios involving Finance, Production, and Retail modulesExperience with full life‑cycle implementations (minimum 2–3 preferred)Strong proficiency using Lifecycle Services (LCS) for solution management and documentationAbility to create FRDs, FDDs, process flows, test scripts, and training materialsUnderstanding of integration needs for WMS, TMS, scanning devices, and 3PL providersExcellent problem‑solving skills and ability to recommend best‑practice solutionsStrong communication, stakeholder management, and client‑facing skillsD365 Supply Chain / Warehouse certification is a strong plusKey ResponsibilitiesLead solution design and configuration of D365 Supply Chain and Advanced Warehousing modulesConduct requirement workshops, fit‑gap analysis, and produce detailed functional documentationConfigure and support:Inventory ManagementWarehouse Management (Advanced WMS)Procurement & SourcingSales & DistributionProduct Information Management (PIM)Master Planning (MRP) (preferred)Define warehouse processes including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, cycle counting, work templates, location directives, and mobile device workflowsSupport inbound/outbound logistics, transportation, 3PL models, cross‑docking, and wave processingLead and manage Unit Testing, System Testing, UAT, and user training sessionsWork closely with technical teams on integrations, extensions, mobile device development, and reporting needsSupport data migration for inventory, items, warehouses, and supply chain master dataAct as the Supply Chain/Warehouse SME throughout the implementation lifecycleProvide go‑live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operational transitionAlign client supply chain processes to best practices within D365 F&OPreferred QualificationsExperience working with 3PL models, multi‑warehouse environments, and complex inventory processesExposure to Production / Manufacturing scenarios (an advantage)Understanding of industry‑specific warehousing practices (Retail, Distribution, Food, Pharma, Manufacturing)Ability to travel internationally up to 80% (if required)Valid work visa for Canada and/or the United States is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
