Position Summary As Principal, Solutions Engineering, you lead League’s solution consulting & sales engineering team. You partner with Strategic Account Directors to showcase League’s platform capabilities, understand prospective customers’ digital requirements, architect solutions, and collaborate with customers to align needs with League’s technology. In This Role, You Will Lead pre‑sales efforts, partnering with Strategic Account Directors to showcase League’s platform and understand prospective customers’ business and digital requirements. Design digital consumer experiences in collaboration with customer business, product, digital and IT teams to define what’s possible in redefining digital health for millions of consumers. Align platform capabilities to business value by articulating how solutions drive key business drivers such as growth, service automation, experience transformation, high‑engagement care delivery, and population health. Visualize best‑in‑class health experiences through presentations, mock‑ups, and demonstrations, partnering with League’s product and design teams. Partner for success by working cross‑functionally with customer, implementation, product and engineering teams to turn strategy, solutions and requirements into concrete action plans to build, launch and scale new digital health experiences. Support growth team alignment by working with Strategic Account Directors on RFPs/RFIs, partner contracts and technical evaluations. Security‑related responsibilities Compliance with information security policies. Compliance with League’s secure coding practices. Accountability for executing League’s policies and procedures. Notification of HR, Legal, Compliance and Security of any incidents, breaches or policy violations. What We’re Looking For 8+ years of solutions engineering, pre‑sales, or solutions consulting experience. 10+ years of total professional experience. Deep healthcare (specifically payer) industry experience in sales, business development and/or strategy consulting. Experience leading solution architecture and software demonstrations for healthcare IT, digital health and/or patient engagement solutions. Experience with platform‑as‑a‑service or software‑as‑a‑service environments. Excellent storytelling and communication skills, including presenting complex solutions to executive, technical and/or non‑technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent minimum. Nice‑to‑Have Master’s degree or equivalent. Product management experience.
