Compensation, Benefits & Perks Salary range:$65,000 – $70,000 Hybrid work model(3 days in-office in Downtown Toronto) Benefits(Day 1) 3 weeks vacation 4.5% RRSP employer contribution Strong commitment toprofessional developmentand continued learning Opportunity to become ashareholder Collaborative, transparent culture with a trueownership mindset Responsibilities Deliver a consistently positive and professional client experience Support Portfolio Managers and Associates with daily client administration Lead account onboarding, transfers, and closures in accordance with regulatory requirements Process transactional requests and coordinate cash settlements Prepare client presentations and reporting packages Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting and tax packages Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate client records and documentation within the CRM system Take ownership of assigned client files, ensuring workflow progression and data integrity Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support client requests Assist with meeting logistics and client events Support reception duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining office organization Handle ad hoc and time-sensitive requests as needed Qualifications 5–8 years of experiencein investment or financial services Strong understanding of investment account types and client servicing processes CSC completionis preferred (open to candidates willing to complete it) Experience withSalesforce CRMis an asset Exposure toBloombergis a nice-to-have Intermediate proficiency in: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting deadlines Professional, client-focused approach with a proactive and curious mindset Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment To be considered, applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada, including holding any required permits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
