The purpose of this role is to lead frontline operations by supervising team members, ensuring exceptional guest service, and supporting the efficient delivery of restaurant and banquet services. Establish clear service standards and expectations for team members and supervise daily operations, provide ongoing coaching and recognition, and promptly address and document any performance concerns. Conduct performance evaluations on all direct reports and propose development plans to help motivate workers to achieve goals. Build and maintain positive relationships with guests and group conveners and confidently manage guest expectations, resolve issues and deliver a seamless and elevated guest experience. Order and maintain inventory required for the business unit to operate effectively, adhering to the par levels provided by leadership. Oversee and support the Restaurant and Banquets teams with daily tasks and stepping in to perform frontline duties when required to support service flow. Support leadership in POS programming and billing for guests/groups billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Based on business volumes, may be required to work in other F&B operations for extended periods of time. Develop and manage employee schedules, adjusting labour levels based on business volumes and group activity. WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME? Must be able to work all shifts including late nights.
