You will build and scale Flexiti’s customer acquisition engine to drive high-value growth across all touchpoints, including digital media, merchant platforms, and in-store materials. This is a 20‑month contract position. Responsibilities Design and implement full‑funnel growth strategies across paid search, social media, referrals, Flexiti.com, and in‑store channels. Develop acquisition strategies for merchant online platforms, ensuring Flexiti is prominently featured throughout the partner’s digital journey. Lead the strategy for in‑store acquisition materials such as POS signage, collateral, and QR‑code applications. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce best‑in‑class creative assets. Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of media campaigns, balancing brand building and lead acquisition to meet business KPIs. Own the performance marketing tool stack (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4) and ensure platform health and data integrity. Develop and maintain campaign‑level reporting dashboards, translating data into actionable insights for leadership. Identify high‑priority audience segments and develop data‑backed targeting strategies. Lead strategic media budget planning, forecasting, and real‑time allocation adjustments. Support tagging specifications and measurement frameworks for both digital and offline channels. Monitor competitive landscape within BNPL and consumer financing to identify emerging trends. Oversee Flexiti.com to optimize user experience and conversion rates. Coordinate with Analytics, Product, and Account Management teams to align acquisition goals with business objectives. Lead end‑to‑end delivery of acquisition initiatives, managing project timelines and stakeholder communications. Maintain and grow relationships with external media and creative partners. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital media, platform planning, and buying with a proven track record of measurable growth. Advanced background in marketing strategy and data analytics (Google Analytics, Amplitude). Deep understanding of channel attribution models and ROI/LTV optimization. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for navigating cross‑functional challenges. Reliable self‑starter with high attention to detail and ownership of multi‑channel projects. Curiosity for emerging digital trends and drive to continually improve strategies. Additional Kudos Experience in financial services or retail/e‑commerce partner marketing. Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, or DV360. Technical skills in tagging and troubleshooting (Ad Ops). Compensation Base salary range: $110,000 - $125,000.
