We are currently hiring for a Sales Director - Microsoft Products & Services for our global IT Transformation client in the Toronto area. Role Sales Director - Microsoft Products & Services Type: Fulltime, Perm Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 base salary depending on overall experience + uncapped commission (OTEs of about $300k) + sales accelerators + 3 weeks vacation + benefits + unlimited sick days, RRSP and much more Location: Remote - Toronto, ON, Canada What You’ll Do Own a dynamic portfolio of accounts with a heavy focus on Microsoft tech; engage with clients on topics including account management, renewals, strategic solution guidance, technology roadmap planning, and future state cloud and digital strategies. Help clients maximize business value and usage of products and solutions while ensuring a high-quality client experience. Collaborate with internal partners to advocate for client needs and enhance services and solutions to meet client outcomes. Demonstrate strong client-facing capabilities (10+ years) with a mix of relationship management, business development, transformational planning, and cloud/digital capabilities understanding. Coordinate with Operational and Delivery teams, Project Management, Marketing, and Solution/Practice Leadership on account planning for top accounts. Experience with cloud infrastructure, application, data and digital/IT transformation consulting is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities Account Expansion Develop, manage and generate expansion revenue through strategic cross-sell, upsell, and multi-product sales for existing installed base accounts Plan and map out expansion plans per account using whitespace analysis Coordinate with solution and practice leadership to address internal gaps with strategic solutions Own client sales proposals, presentations, and negotiations; manage contracts Manage CRM opportunities from development through qualification to close Contribute to account-based marketing initiatives to support expansion Deal Leadership Manage complex, large, multi-product bids with support from pre-sales (including RFPs and SOWs) Lead engagement of key partnerships (Microsoft, AWS, Oracle) with support from Partnership and Vendor Management Prepare executives for key meetings with materials and account strategies Apply financial understanding to engineer pricing models to support deals Understand competitive positioning to support deal development and negotiation Strategic Account Management Own a portfolio of complex, enterprise, high-touch accounts (typically $1M-$4M in annual revenue per account) Build deep relationships and develop engagement strategies for top strategic accounts Understand client goals and develop account plans aligned to outcomes and our roadmap Provide trusted advice on services to retain, expand, or adjust to maximize value Conduct regular business reviews, monitor account health, and discuss risks and opportunities Maintain regular client engagement and activities to foster relationships Lead renewal activities, including offer development, margin analysis, negotiation and contracting Manage account health and risks and coordinate internal teams accordingly Document deliverables and ensure contracts reflect scope with addendums as required Advisory and Relationship Management Identify opportunities to create more value through increased engagement and efficiency Lead discovery sessions with client executives and workshops to address technology solutions Develop custom plans and high-level roadmaps to deploy services and achieve outcomes Coordinate feedback mechanisms to ensure client satisfaction Stay informed on industry trends and maintain knowledge through conferences or similar activities Provide references from customers, including case studies and testimonials Requirements Role levels vary; the highest level may require managing $10M+ in annual revenue and achieving growth targets of $1M+ annually Must have strong background selling Microsoft products and/or services Consultative advisory skill set Project management and change management discipline Excellent client relationship management skills at senior leadership and operational management levels Ability to engage at the Executive level with both small and enterprise organizations Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle high workloads, delegate, influence internal stakeholders, and multitask Strong commercial, quantitative, and analytical skills with ability to drive revenue and profit growth and influence business strategy Driven and resourceful with strong attention to detail and quality control Strong business acumen and ability to consider long-term consequences of actions Willingness to travel to customer sites as required #J-18808-Ljbffr
