Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Salesforce testing, automation, and release validation, and will work closely with developers, admins, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce applications Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and system testing Validate Salesforce configurations including Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Apex, LWC, and Integrations Lead end‑to‑end testing for Salesforce releases and production deployments Develop and maintain test automation frameworks (UI and API) and perform API testing for Salesforce integrations (RESTSOAP) Ensure data integrity during data migration and deployments Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA or similar tools Mentor junior QA team members and review test artifacts Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve QA processes and quality metrics This posting is for a current vacancy TCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
